Terms and Conditions:
Please return all brand new unused item in it's original packaging within 30 days from date of receipt. Used items will not qualify for a refund. Buyer must contact seller for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number and provide reason for return/ exchange prior to shipping the item back. We reserve the right to reject a return without prior Return Authorization. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Buyer assumes full responsibility for tracking of return shipment and proof of return. Return subject to discretionary 15% restocking fee of sales price. All bags with trolley/wheel systems will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please ensure the item you are returning is shipped in it's original packaging with product tags attached to the item. We reserve the right to reject a full refund if item is not returned to us in the it's original condition (ie. Missing product tags, damage due to shipping, stains on product, and etc.).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. It is the Buyer's responsibility for any lost or mishandled packages not returned to us. Two-Days Shipping will be processed same day if order is received before 11:00A.M. EST.
We reserve the right to acquire signature confirmation for all orders at the time of delivery. This is to ensure that the order does not get mishandled by the carrier. If the package is returned to us due to an deliverable address and/or recipient/customer rejection to receipt the package and/or unclaimed by the recipient/customer, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping costs incurred (if the order was shipped with Free Shipping) plus restocking fee from the original refund.
The actual shipping charge will be withheld from a return credit if the original order met the free shipping threshold but exclusion of the returned item would have caused the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold.
The amount refunded to the buyer will reflect applicable restocking fees and/or shipping charges and may take up to 1-2 business days to process the refund.
Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All Sample Sales are Final.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are qualified as manufacture defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization. Any returns without RMA# will be at the Buyer's expense and responsibility.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days when the item has been returned to us, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund investigation. Please also include your full name, ship to address, order number, item(s) returned, and return tracking number.
Your refund would be refunded accordingly to your original form of payment. Please note that it may require 5-10 business days before your refund is officially posted.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery of the return to our warehouse.
